Which type of service can I get from ConsAware?

How can I interact with the Character I love?
Choose a character you love, and just click the "Chat" button to chat with them. The current version only support words. You can hear their voice in the subsequent releases. You can talk to them directly and even ask them to read a story for you. Contact with us if you have more interesting ideas about the future version. We provide 20 free turns (40 messages) for our signed user to try our products. You may have used these free turns up when you got this message. Can the website developers view or use my data for product optimization ?
We use cloud-based encryption to protect your privacy and security. Technically, website developers do not have access to users' private logs. Of course, if you would like to help optimize the chat experience, you can opt-in to model optimization through the user settings in the chat interface. Our system retains users’ data for up to 7 days by default, and you can also choose to open a new conversation, which means that your chats will be deleted from the database.

What can I do when I exhausted all my turns that my subscribe plan contained?
Currently we have totally three subscribe plans : MS-PLAN, QS-PLAN and AS-PLAN. Usually they have 500 basic massages per month. You can buy our VP when the basic turns are used up, which is a additional traffic packs with lower price (1VP = 120Messages). Please note that purchase access of VP is only available to our MS / QS / AS Members.
I’ve upgraded to the annual plan, can I get a discount for subsequent activities?
Annual members will have their guaranteed benefits for 5 months. This means you can get the latest discount for your annual plan if there is a lower price than that you paid within 5 months. Please contact our customer service (email to: consware.global@consaware.online) to synchronize your discount, and we will refund the difference to you.
